Thank you Grafton and surrounding communities for helping make our Friends of the Grafton Library spring book sale a success, especially our shoppers. A special thank you goes out to all the local businesses that helped make it a true community event. Starbucks, Fiddleheads, Colectivo, Culvers, Olsen Piggly Wiggly of Cedarburg and Costco all donated items to this year’s sale. Thank you for your involvement in our sale. We loved having you as our community partners. Again this spring, we partnered with the Ozaukee Food Alliance. Thank you Katie Draeger for helping make this happen. Shoppers were able to bring a donation for the food barrel and choose a free book. So proud of our community shoppers that stepped up, and we were able to return two full barrels to the Food Alliance. Thank you to Holly Ryan for stopping in to shop for the Jail Literacy Program. The Friends were able to send two boxes of donated books with you for the program. Thank you to the Grafton Library staff that was welcoming to our shoppers and us. You helped us keep it all together. See you in the fall for our next big sale.

What might I find in the Book Sale?
We are always accepting gently loved BOOK DONATIONS, along with CDs, DVDs. LP RECORDS. and PUZZLES.
Where do the proceeds from the book sale go?
All of the proceeds from the book sales go directly to the Friends group, which then, with the library, decides what the library's needs are, such as acquiring new books and resources, sponsoring programs for learners of all ages, and purchasing experience passes that give patrons the ability to go to places they might not have been able to visit before.
How can I help?
We accept book donations throughout the year. Please place donations in the box located in the foyer of the library. By purchasing books at the book sale or from our ongoing sale of books in the foyer, you give back to the library and the community.
